DEMO Listening

There are many different ways to send your music out to a Records Label and get Feedback on it, sometimes even with a signing deal.

But what do you have to do for it, next producing the song?

Here you’ll find how to send us your Demo correctly and how you will get feedback immediately…

1. The Song

2. Artist Bio

3. Info about the Song

4. Patience

The 4-Steps in Detail

You need these 4-Steps to get the most out of your Demo and shine, even before the A&R already listened to your Song. The workflow of the A&R will be easier and he/she will welcome you more kindly. You will get feedback faster and the rate to get signed is higher than a bad written Demo Email.

1

The Song should be sent as a Soundcloud private Link and of course be available. Make sure the Song you pitch is not distributed or already out, for now and the next months before you get a feedback.

Already released songs are as nasty as big MP3/WAV/AIFF files

2

Every Email should contain a short Artist Bio. Who you are, where you from, just exciting things to make yourself interesting.

Don’t tell a story from your 5th Birthday or how you learned playing the guitar.

3

Short background story to your Song. What is it telling, is it a story? Tell us more. Feelings, Emotions the Story behind is important.

Don’t write a novel. it should fit into 2-3 sentences.

4

Stay calm and be patient. Every Demo is getting heard by a professional A&R Team. Sometimes it needs a bit longer because they look at every Detail. Should there be an unexpected reason that there is no response after 3 weeks, send a reminder to us we will fix it immediately.
